How I Got Into the “Wellness” Business
My background is trauma. As a licensed professional counselor, I have spent over 20 years working with first responders, military personnel, FAA aircraft investigators and other organizations on corporate readiness and trauma response. I have seen first-hand the difference that education and a team culture can make on both readiness and response aspects of a high-stress occupational environment.
How Does Readiness Group Meet That Need
Enter Readiness Group, a company that I developed as a way to provide Critical Incident Stress Management intervention to organizations in need. Since its incorporation, Readiness Group has evolved into a company that provides overall physical and mental wellness training in order to enhance corporate and personal readiness. What does enhanced readiness provide for your company? Increased ability to handle the day-to-day stress of high-tempo operations. We have the knowledge of both physical and mental wellness strategies. We’d like to help you incorporate them into your corporate culture.
