Your information will be shared with Readiness Group clinicians ONLY. It will not be sent to your department.
RG Clinicians will contact you to discuss options for therapy.
You will schedule with the clinician that you choose.
Your clinician will invoice the grant for your therapy sessions.
what is the NEFDA Resiliency Program?
The NEFDA Resiliency Coalition has been established to provide NEFDA firefighters with highly effective and well-trained peer support, to establish well-organized peer support teams within each organization, and to provide free trauma-based counseling for all personnel. Peer support efforts focus in the three following areas:

Resiliency is found in story. Sometimes being willing to lean in to difficult conversations is all that is needed to find the traction, motivation, and path back to happiness and healthy relationships. Vicarious trauma is real. So is vicarious resiliency.
